Agricultural Economy's Specific Scope of Research

The Agricultural Economy group has focused their research down to understanding why and when land exchanges in Sarpy County occur.   With informed insight into how large and small scale farms operate in the region, the team believes certain patterns exist between methods of farming  and the rate  of exchange of land ownership.  The research will begin to identify variables that will make farming and urban development a sustainable balance.
