The appropriation of non-permeable hardscape has a dramatic effect on the ecological identity of an area, and as such both artificial and naturally occurring ecologies must be organized in a combinatory way. Instead, many of these indices are examples of negative ecological situations.

Financial Group Thesis Stsatement

From SID's to land use and costs we will create an overall financial picture used to further understanding of the Sarpy County situation.


    We are researching the situation within Sarpy County in regards to the financial aspects of the county. To do so we are maintaining a focus upon the financial aspects of how SID's are financed and operated as well as looking at the costs and assessments of land values within the area.  As we focus our research in the future upon the Shadow Lake area these financial assessments will help us to completely understand the flow of money within the area as well as help the other groups with their research. In the last phase our research will be combined with goal of creating a full and thorough representation of the situation around this area, as well as other areas, within Sarpy County.
